Port Blair, Aug 14: On 02-06-2012, staff of P.S. Billiground has seized 290 Bags of cements U/s 102 Cr.PC out of which 145 Nos. bags are Zuari 43 Grade and other 145 Nos. are Chettinad 43 Grade (Govt, supply not for sale) was kept in P.S. Malkhana. The Hon’ble court of CJM Mayabunder has passed an order to dispose the said seized cement through public auction as no claimant has come forward to claim the said seized cements. If any person/ department/organization has any claim in respect of said cements they may come forward to SHO P.S. Billiground along with relevant documents to establish its ownership within a period of Six months from the date of issue this proclamation.
