Port Blair, Aug 14: The chief guest, Chief Secretary, A&N Administration, Mr. Anand Prakash today felicitated outstanding differently abled students as also toppers among them in CBSE 12th class examination at a function organized by social & cultural organization ‘Chetna’ at TGCE auditorium.
