Port Blair, Aug 14: The Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands will be boycotting the party hosted by the Lt. Governor at Raj Niwas on the occasion of the Independence Day of 15 August, 2012 as a token of sympathy and cooperation to the agitating Gram Vikas Samity.
