Port Blair, Nov 08: Someone has rightly said that talent and true passion do not require any support. Island girl, Megha Kaur is the living example of this because with her talent and dedication, she has achieved big dreams.
Megha Kaur did not care about the troubles or challenges and remained firm towards her goal. With her dedication and hard work, she has managed to own her own position in Mumbai. She had earlier proved her talent by acting in the album “Lockdown Main Mora Saiyaan”. The album has garnered over two million views on social media platforms. Megha Kaur is now getting offers to work in more albums and web series.
During a program organized on Sunday evening at Port Blair, the actor Megha Kaur told media persons that she was fond of dancing since childhood. Her dream was to become a part of the reality show coming on TV.
She added that after completing her studies at the Model School in Port Blair, she went to Mumbai in the year 2017. In Mumbai, she studied acting at Kings United.
After studying acting, she auditioned in many places in the film industry. Later she got a call to act in the album “Lockdown Main Mora Saiyaan”. She told that the shooting of another music album “Jungli Billi” has recently been completed in Yerevan, Armenia. Soon this music album will be launched. Megha Kaur told that her dream is to work in films.
Member of Parliament Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, who was present as the Chief Guest in the program said that it is a matter of pride for Andaman that a girl from Port Blair has achieved success in a city like Mumbai. He said that in a city like Mumbai, it is not an easy task to shine in such a short span of time. He added that there is a lot of talent in Andaman youths; they just need to be given a proper platform. The Member of Parliament also appreciated Ms. Reenu Kaur, mother of Megha Kaur for standing behind her and going all out in supporting Megha to pursue her dreams as artists in the film industry. “We are proud of Megha as she has set an example for others to emulate and fulfill their dreams,” the MP said.
