Port Blair, Aug 19: Congress Candidate Mrs. Dully Singh, today won the by-election for the Zilla Parishad Member seat from Ferrargunj Constituency by 95 votes. With this now Congress has 10 members in South Andaman Zilla Parishad, BJP has 7 members and one member is independent. Now the million dollar question is who will be the next Chairperson of SA Zilla Parishad.
