Billyground, Nov 11: A mentally challenged person of Billyground, Mr Madan Dutta was attacked by Mr. Basu Roy, under influence of liquor. According to report Basu Roy first teased Madan Dutta and out of anger when Madan Dutta used abusive words. Mr. Basu Roy reportedly thrashed Madan Dutta infront of Panchayat Building. According to eye witnesses Madan Dutta was beaten up heavy Iron Range.
Soon a NCFIR was launched against Basu Roy. When contacted Police said that the police is waiting for medical report of Medical officer but to the dismay of Andaman Sheekha reporter till 7.00pm in the evening the X-Ray of Madan Dutta was not carried out by the Doctors. Finally when media reached the PHC Billyground after 7.00 pm in the evening the Patient was attended.
