Port Blair, Nov 11: The Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray has selected Ferrargunj Gram Panchayat for being developed as Adarsh Gram under the Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY) Scheme launched by the Hon’ble Prime Minister on 11th October, 2014. All the necessary activities for developing this Gram Panchayat selected by the MP would be worked out in consultation with him. A&N Administration will assist fully in developing this Gram Panchayat as Adarsh Gram as per the guidelines of the Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY) issued by the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India.
