Diglipur, Oct 30: All the six accused of Diglipur BJP clash case today got Interim bail with a condition to meet the Investigating Officer twice in a week and not to leave the District of N & M Andaman without the prior permission of the Investigating Officer.
In view of the ongoing seize work of the lawyers the accused person themselves moved the bail in court application in the court. The Police could not produce any medical document and said that the lady BJP leader, who was allegedly attacked, is still under treatment at Port Blair.
