On the occasion of the Birth Anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, I extend my Greetings to people of Chota Nagpuri Community, living in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Shri. Birsa Munda brought tribal revolution in India during the British umpire and played an important role in India’s struggle for freedom.
Freedom fighter Bhagwan Birsa Munda, a symbol of bravery and sacrifice, was born on November 15, 1875 and his birthday is celebrated as Birsa Munda Jayanti.
His contribution to protecting the interests of tribal society will always be remembered and I urge all youths of Andaman and Nicobar Islands to take inspiration from the life of Bhagwan Birsa Munda.
