Port Blair, June 04: In a remarkable event today the KHV Mahila Morcha addressed a very important issue amid this pandemic about the health and hygiene of women and adolescent girls. In the event KHV Mahila Morcha distributed personal hygiene products to various needy ladies of Prathrapur, Junglighat and Shaheed Dweep. They also conducted an awareness drive on Anemia, an enemy to the society.
The event was graced by Miss B Yashaswini, IAS and Smti Anshu Kumari, Tax Officer, UTGST. The event was coordinated by Srajan Shakti Welfare Society led by Dr Seema Modi, based in Lucknow. The villagers appreciated the effort of KHV.
