Rangat, Aug 06: A tipper assigned for NH upgradation work at Middle Andaman went off the near Nimbutala Junction, Middle Andaman on Sunday at 11 PM and hit fencing of a private property. The reason behind this accident is yet not known. Later the Tipper was removed from the area at around 6 PM on Monday.
