Baratang, Dec 14: The Department of Agriculture, Rangat organized a Training Programme on Raising Seeding in nurseries & Organic Seed Production under Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana (PKVY) for Organic farming cluster at Kanchangarh & Rajagarh on 14th December around 10 am at Gram Panchayat, Nilambur, Baratang.
The resource persons to attend the programme are KVK, South Andaman, Dr. Nagesh Ram, Incharge KVK south Andaman, Dr.N.C. Chowdhry, ACTO Animal Science, Dr. V.K. Pandey , SMS Plant protection. This programme was also attended by Navasak, Agriculture officer, Mr. Dinesh Majhi, Agriculture Assistant. The KVK scientist will also deliver lecture in PKVY training at Adazig and Nayagarh on 15.12.2017 to 16.12.2017. Apart from this KVK, south Andaman will be conducting three programme on mushroom cultivation, Poultry Rearing and Composite Fish Culture to the Baratang farmers from 14th 16th Dec.2017.
