Taking into consideration the poor internet connectivity in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, it was decided that the e-Procurement solution should be hoisted in A & N State Data Center and the departments will access the same over intranet through leased line while the vendors would have the option to access the application either over internet or through Common Service Center which is connected to SDC through leased line.
Accordingly M/s KEONICS a PSU under Karnataka State Government was identified as the solution provider for implementing the e-Procurement Solution.
