Port Blair, August 16: The members of Pinakinagar Yuva Samity celebrated the Independence Day by cleaning a large area of their village.
On the occasion of Independence Day the members of the Samity decided to clean the bushes, which grew on both the sides of the rural road of Pinakinagar.
Other than this at Billyground all the school students of the Billyground area participated in Prabhat Ferry and several other programmes organized by the different schools to mark Independence Day.
The Villagers of GP Harinagar gathered in front of the New Panchayat Bhavan and celebrate the 69th Independence day.
