Port Blair, Jan 27: The 64th Republic day was celebrated by the Pradesh Congress Committee at Gandhi Bhavan on 26th Jan 2013. Morning at 7.40 AM the PCC President Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma unfurled the National flag, which was followed by National Anthem.
