Port Blair, Jan 27: The Pradesh Congress Committee President Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma and all leaders of the Party have congratulated Dr ( Smti) Anita Shah for successful transplanting of cornea of Late U Shankar, aged 42 years, R/o of Dairy farm on two blind persons and giving them vision.
Further, Mr. Sharma has also recorded his own and Party’s heartfelt gratitude to Smti S. Rathna, widow of Late U Shankar and Mr. U Kumar, brother of Late U Shankar for allowing this transplantation.
