Port Blair, May 13: On Wednesday, misleading and fake news was circulated in social media that CHC Diglipur is facing shortage of Oxygen Concentrator and consequently patients are suffering severely.
When Andaman Sheekha contacted Dr. Siddha Raju, Chief Medical Officer of Diglipur to clarify the facts, he said that there is no shortage of any medical supplies, whether it is Oxi-meter or Oxygen Concentrator. “In every 2-3 days, we are receiving appropriate stock of supplies”. He urged public not to spread misleading news, which creates panic among public.
