Port Blair, July 27: A 50-year-old Islander, Mr. Alphonse, a Revenue
Field Assistant by profession, posted at the Settlement Section of
District Commissioner South Andaman Office expired in the COVID ward of Govind Ballab Pant Hospital this morning. Mr. Alphose was said to be suffering from some Kidney related problems already.
