Campbell Bay, May 11: Finally the standard Passengers of Campbell Bay and Nancowry including the patients, old age people and students are getting relief as the first sailing of MV Coral Queen, since the lockdowns, is scheduled tomorrow evening at 04:00 P.M.
The vessel is about to take around 200 stranded Passengers of both the Islands, who will now be able to go back to their home and unite with their family members after several weeks of Hassel, and three lockdowns, it is a big relief for the stranded passengers.
As per details these passengers have already done COVID-19 test and they are suggested to carry their medical certificates along with them to the port as the tickets are going to be issued on port just before the sailing.
Some passengers have received confirmation calls from DC Office SA. Mr. Gagandeep Singh Grewal UpAdhyaksh, Zilla Parishad, SA and Mr. Rahul Singh President, INYC, Nicobar District have expressed gratitude towards Administration for sincere efforts to help the people of Nicobar.
