programme of “Training in Youth Leadership and Community Development (TYLCD)” from 21st to 23rd January, 2020 in association with SURABI (NGO), at Cattlegunj. This 3 days training programme is being organized to enhance capacities of young people to take leadership to help others to live meaningful life and contribute Nation Building, Inculcate strong character, self-discipline, integrity, positive attitude, commitment to National and strong desire to spread messages for Nation Building. To establish a cadre of dedicated, motivated and trained youth leaders who are willing to enhance for Nation Building activities. In this training total 40 youths are participating from various youth clubs and Mahila mandals
Today on 21st January, 2020 the training programme was inaugurated by Shri Sandeep Biswas, Pramukh, Ferrargunj Samity, South Andaman by lighting the traditional lamp as the chief guest. Shri Bhabani Chakraborty, Revenue Inspector, Ferrargunj and Shri Mohd.Saffiq, Pradhan, Mithakari were also present. Earlier Fr. Charles, Director of SURABI welcomes the chief guest, other dignitaries as well as participants. Shri Mohd. Tarique Shah, District Youth Coordinator, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Port Blair briefed about the three days residential training programme.
On his address by the Chief Guest this is time the youths to learn more and learning attitude will modify the good citizenship’s, personality development as well as community development from this type of training programme and the opportunity given by the Nehru Yuva Kendra, Port Blair. ShriMohd. Safique spoken about the PRI systems and he appreciated the training programme organized by the NYK, Port Blair.
