Port Blair, Jan 16: Fuelling the rumours of masked men further, Andaman Sheekha today received dozens of phone calls from Islanders who claimed that a lady at Coffee Bagicha was attacked by two masked men, some people even claimed to be eye witnesses of the case. But later Andaman Sheekha investigation indicated that such claims were not completely true.
As per complaint, a lady of Coffee Bagicha area was attacked by 02 suspicious people. The said victim lady also reportedly registered same complaint but when police team reached the spot they did not find any foot step, of any attacker, in the marshy land. Even sniffers dogs did not find any trace. Moreover the injury shown by the lady was said to be a day old by the doctor, when she was taken to the hospital.
However, the matter spread like wildfire in Andaman and people started spreading the news further with added spice in it.
