Port Blair, Dec 22: A crocodile has been caught by a forest team today at around 6.45 PM from Corbyn’s Cove beach. According to reports the crocodile was sighted by Tourist Police team at around 10.30 AM today after which the Tourist Police team alerted all stake holders about it. It is learnt that at around 12.30 noon again the crocodile was sighted.
On information a team of forest department reached the spot and with the help of nets, the team caught the crocodile by evening.
The team of Forest Department was led by Deputy Ranger, Mr. Ahmed and Tourist police Jawans who spotted the crocodile are PC Clementine, HG Zeba and PC L Rakesh.
