Port Blair, August 7: The Government of India has committed to reducing under 5 yrs children mortality and morbidity and to fulfill this commitment, vaccination plays a very important role in the public health programme as it helps in improving under 5 yrs children mortality and morbidity.
In this process, now the government of India is introducing a New Vaccine “Rotavirus Vaccine” under Routine Immunization for 1 yr children which protection from diarrhoea caused by RotaVirus and National DeWorming day under the banner of Defeat Diarrhea Campaign.
