Diglipur, July 10: Intervention of an Aganwadi teacher today resulted in arrest of two middle aged people of a remote village in North Andaman, who were allegedly sexually assaulting a minor girl of their village regularly since last four months.
The Againwadi teacher reportedly spotted the minor girl who was under some kind of stress and on enquiry she reportedly revealed that two men of nearly 45 year old age are assaulting her.
Following this, the Anganwadi teacher and an ANM took her to hospital and lodged a complaint in PS Diglipur. Acting swiftly both the men were arrested by PS Diglipur team and were sent to 14 days Judicial Custody by Honorable Court. The names and place of the crime were not disclosed in this report to main privacy of the minor girl.
