Diglipur, Jan 23: As a part of Swachh Sagar Abhiyaan, Indian Coast Guard DHQ 9 (A & N) has been undertaking cleanship of various beaches at Andaman & Nicobar islands on a weekly basis. The Officers and staff of DHQ 09 Coast Guard, Diglipur collected garbage in between Aerial bay and Coast Guard fuel point Durgapur beach at Diglipur. Team also collected marine litter and Debris from the seashore and disposed of properly. During the drive the banner was also displayed to sensitize the locals not to pollute the pristine beaches of the islands.
