Port Blair, Jan 02: One of the longest King Cobra Snakes was caught from a house situated at Manjery on Sunday last.
As per reports, the highly poisonous King cobra snake was around 11-12 feet long and was weighing around 3.5kg.
On information a team of Forest Department under the overall leadership of Deputy Ranger Manjit Singh reached the spot and rescued the snake. Presently the snake is being shifted in the Haddo Mini Zoo.
