Port Blair, Dec 28: Smti Baby Fareeda, Adhyaksha, Zilla Parishad, South Andaman along with Mr. Yashvi Parekh, Executive Engineer, ZP, SA had visited Little Andaman from 21.12.2017 to 23.12.2017 and met Mr. Vasudevan Nair, Zilla Parishad Member, Hut Bay Constituency. The R.O Plant installed at Hut Bay was found to be not working properly due to non- functioning of Motor. At present, the water from R.O. Plant is supplied to GMSSS, Hut Bay only. Adhyaksha, directed the EE, ZP, SA to get the motor repaired immediately, also motor of higher capacity may be installed so that water of R. O. Plant can be supplied to PHC HutBay. By doing this, the staff and the patients will be able to get clean drinking water.
