Smti. Kalpana Bain of BJP, Zilla Parishad Member from Radhanagar Constituency and Smti. Swapna Mondal of BJP, Zilla Parishad Member from Kadamtala Constituency were elected for the post of Adhyaksha and Up-Adhyaksha respectively. Thereafter, the Deputy Commissioner, District of North & Middle Andaman administered the oath of office to Smti. Kalpana Bain the newly elected Adhyaksha and Smti. Swapna Mondal, newly elected Up-Adhyaksha of North & Middle Andaman Zilla Parishad at 04.30 PM for the 3rd year term commencing from 11.10.2017 in the Zilla Parishad Community Hall, Mayabunder.
