Port Blair, Oct 09: The Union members of Andaman & Nicobar Vidyut Shramik Sangh, Port Blair lead by its State Vice President Mr. N.Peddi Raju presented a memorandum of demands to the Home Minister Mr. rajnath Singh in the presence of Member of Parliament, A&N Islands Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, at Hindi Sahitya Kala Parishad on 05.10.2017 for early settlement of long pending issues of mazdoors of electricity department for grant of retrial and pensionary benefits pending since 2013. The Member of Parliament Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray also explained the matters in detail to the Home Minister. After hearing of the matter, the Home Minster assured to look into the matter for settlement, VSS informed.
