Middle Strait, Sep 17: The Last convoy of the Baratang was delayed on 17 September due to a tree fall near Middle Strait. The Tree fell at 44KM from Jirkatang, inside the convoy area.
Due to the size of the tree it took four hours to clear the tree from road and convoy could proceed only at about 8PM today.
The Express bus passengers, who left from Port Blair at afternoon, are badly hit. Due to this the passengers commuting to Diglipur may reach at about 3 am tomorrow.
