Port Blair, August 10: The Brand Ambassador Swatch Bharat Mission, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Mr Naresh Chander Lal visited the Ship MV Nancowry today at 08:00am before the sailing, along with the Director Shipping Services, Captain Rajendra Kumar and Deputy Director, Shipping Services, Mr R Verriah and checked the entire cleanliness of the Ship.
In a press communication, Mr Naresh Chander Lall said that he visited the cold storage area, Bunk, Toilet-Bathrooms, Dining Saloon, Bunk, Cabin and also the Kitchen.
Mr Naresh said that he also interacted with the Master of the Ship who briefed him about how the hygiene in the ship is maintained properly.
He further requested the passengers and travelers in the ship to follow the Dos and Don’ts, which in multiple languages are announced in the ship during the voyage to maintain the cleanliness in the ship.
