Port Blair, June 18: Padma Bhusan Dr. Ram Badan Singh, President of National Academy of Agriculture Sciences and Ex-Assistant Director General (FAO) of the United Nation having vast experience in agriculture research system both in India and Asian countries will be delivering foundation day lecture on the occasion of 34th foundation day of Central Agricultural Research Institute, Port Blair on 23rd June, 2012 at its Garacharma Research Complex.
