Port Blair, June 17: The Andaman & Nicobar State Cooperative Union has arranged a ‘reception’ in the honour of Mr. Vakkom Purushothaman, Governor of Mizoram and the former Lt. Governor of A&N Islands at 10 am in the premises of the Cooperative Training College building Taylorabad here on June 18, 2012.
