Port Blair, Mar 03: Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, Member of Parliament, A & N Islands has condoled the sudden demise of Mr. Paul Chuchlu (89 yrs), former first Captain of Kalsi village, Teressa Island (father of Mr. Jonah Paul, Chairman Tribal Council Teressa) who expired on 03.03.2017 at his residence at Kalsi, Teressa island.
