Port Blair, Nov 17: Nearly 40 bottles of Indian Made Foreign liquor has been seized by the Police Check Post Jirkatang this morning from the Mayabunder Express Bus of STS.
As per sources, person namely Ramaswami was arrested for transporting the liquor. It is learnt that Ramaswami was taking these 40 bottles of IMFL to Rajendran a resident of Baratang.
The raid was conducted under the overall supervision of Sub Inspector Dhiraj Kishen and his team. In recent days large number of IMFL bottles has been seized by the Police Check Post Jirkatang.
