Port Blair, Nov 10: An Indian Tourist from Kerala, who was on a tour to these Islands, died this afternoon, nearly after one hour of completing water sports activities.
As per reports, the tourist namely M Jayarajan, more than 60 years old went to North Bay Island for experiencing adventure water sports.
Sources said that after completing one of the water sports the tourist complained about uneasiness and chest pain and soon the matter was reported to the concerned tour operator, who took him in a boat to the Water Sports Complex, for G B Pant Hospital but unfortunately the man died just after he reached the Aberdeen jetty.
Sources further said that as per the post mortem report the man had stone in his kidney and other health issues, which was not disclosed before participating in Adventure Water Sports.
It is learnt that the tour operator is putting all his efforts to send the dead body of the man to Kerala, further details are awaited.
