Port Blair, Nov 10: A 28 year old man, namely Shanmugam a resident of Lal Bijan, Dairy Farm committed suicide at his home this evening at around 05:30 pm.
As per reports, the man was an alcoholic and since last 3-4 days he was not having money to consume alcohol.
The reason behind this suicide is still not known. Residents of the area said that the man had tried to commit suicide, thrice in the past too.
