Port Blair, Oct 24: The Havelock Police has finally registered an FIR in the matter of brawl between a civilian family and an Army officer at Havelock Island.
Talking to Andaman Sheekha, the Superintendent of Police, District, Mr Atul Kumar Thakur has said that the FIR has been lodged at the Havelock Police Station based on the medical report of Mr. AK Shreedharan, the 76 year old victim.
The Andaman Nicobar Command has already convened a Court of Inquiry in this matter and as per the command PRO being one of the witnesses 76 year old man will be contacted soon.
