Port Blair, Sept 11: A Revenue camp court was held at Tushnabad Gram Panchayat on Saturday by the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman alongwith Assistant Commissioner (South Andaman), Tehsildar, Ferrargunj and Revenue Field Functionaries. During the Camp Court many revenue cases i.e. Sub Division, Set Apart, Demarcation related revenue work have been disposed off on the spot. The Tehsildar, Ferrargunj and other revenue staff were directed to resolve the issue of Demarcation, Set apart of land for public purpose on or before Sept 30 and submit status report. Deputy Commissioner (SA) directed to Tehsildar, Ferrargunj to submit the number of pending case of Demarcation to start special drive to complete the Demarcation work. Apart from the revenue issues, a number of public issues were discussed in the presence of general public, Gram Panchayat Pradhan, Panchayat Samiti Members & Zilla Parishad Members.
