Port Blair, Aug 10: A delegation of the Non-Gazetted Govt. Officers’ Association, Andaman and Nicobar Islands led by its General Secretary, Shri T.S. Sreekumar met the Director (RD,PRIs&ULB), A & N Administration today (10.08.2016) and discussed with him various pending issues related to the employees of Rural Development Department which include delay in promotion, MACP, filling up of all vacant posts and implementation of uniform and transparent transfer policy etc.
The Director (RD,PRI&ULB) has assured the delegation that the issues raised by the Association will be settled in a time bound manner. Shri R.Rajendran, Assistant General Secretary, Shri S. K. Pandey, Vice President, Shri Bikash Mondal, Secretary, and Shri Sudhamshu Biswas of RD Sub-Committee of Non Gazetted Govt. Officers’ Association were also present in the delegation.
