Port Blair, Nov 19: Leaders of the Pradesh Congress Committee paid rich tributes to Bharat Ratna, Indira Priyadarshini Gandhi, the Prime Minister of India, a great patriot and recipient of JL Nehru award for International Understanding and Lenin Peace Prize on her 98th birth anniversary on Thursday. Senior leaders, Smt Shanta Singh, President Mahila Congress, District President, Mr RV Reddy and Councillor, Mr K Muthu garlanded the portrait of Smt Gandhi, while others offered floral tributes to the leader at Gandhi Bhawan. National Integration pledge was administrated by Smti Shanta Singh, a release says.
