Port Blair, Sept 30: The President, Pradesh Congress Committee, Mr Kuldeep Rai Sharma and other leaders have deeply mourned the death of former Lt Governor Prof Ram Kapse. In a release, Mr Sharma said that Late Kapse was committed to the welfare of the people and development of these islands. His contribution to the people of these islands during the Tsunami of 2004 will always be remembered, he said praying for eternal peace for the departed soul.
