Port Blair, March 11: Lt Gen A K Singh (Retd), Hon’ble Lt Governor has expressed his deep shock on the passing away of Shri Abdul Majeed, husband of Smt. Ayesha Majeed, Chairperson, Tribal Council, Nancowry early this morning after a prolonged illness. He has conveyed his condolence to the members of the bereaved family.
Chief Secretary, Shri Anand Prakash, on behalf of the A&N Administration, has also conveyed condolences to the bereaved family.
