Port Blair, Feb 27: The 2nd Kyokushin All Andaman Open Full Contact Karate Tournament will be inaugurated by Shri Dharmendra Kumar, Director of Sports, Art & Culture, A&N Administration, tomorrow at 3.00 P.M. in the premises of Multipurpose Hall, Netaji Stadium Sports Complex.
Sensei Prasenjit Saha, Chairman All India Kyokushin Karate Organization and Supreme Judge from Kolkata will preside over the function. Sensei Anusheel Chakrabarty is the Tournament Organizer, a communication said.
