Port Blair, October 14, 2014: The Controller General of Defence Accounts, Ms Vandana Srivastava, laid the foundation stone for an additional block of Type-3 residential quarters in Garacharma today.
The construction of the dwelling units would be undertaken at an estimated cost of Rs 96 lakhs, which is to be completed by August 2016. The Chief Engineer of Andaman and Nicobar Command, Brig. Anil Singh, Controller of Defence Accounts, New Delhi, Mr Kamal Chowdhery,
