Diglipur, Jan 07: Adhir Gain, aged about 70 years and a saint by profession has been arrested by PS Kalighat, Diglipur on charges of rape, recently.
Unconfirmed reports say that the said allegedly raped the minor girl and made video recording which he showed to some people. The matter ultimately spread like wild fire, resulting in arrest of the saint. Before arrest the saint got public thrashing for sexually abusing a minor girl.
However, due to very poor network in Diglipur region an official comments int his regard could not been obtained yet.
