Port Blair, Dec. 09: CBSE has entrusted Govt. Model Sr. Sec School, Port Blair for online registrations of candidates for All India Pre Medical/Pre Dental Test 2014 to be held on May 4, 2014 and the date of online registration has began w.e.f Dec. 1 and continue till Dec. 31, 2013 (without late fee) and Jan 1 to 31, 2014 (with late fee) on school working days during 8 am to 1 pm. The mode of payment is through credit/debit card or e-Challan of e-post office, Canara/Syndicate Bank.
All the aspiring candidates have been advised to bring with them Class X pass certificate (photocopy), category certificate (OBC/SC/ST), valid mobile number and e-mail ID of candidate or parent/guardian, scanned image of passport size color photo (white background taken on or after 01/12/2013) with name of the candidate and date of photo printed on it in CD/Pen Drive (JPEG format) and scanned image of Candidate Signature in CD/Pen Drive (JPEG format) while coming for online registration at Facilitation Centre (Govt. Model Sr. Sec School, Port Blair).
Candidates have been advised to take passport size photographs with white background and one post card size (4”x6”) photograph. Passport size photographs are to be used to affix on the Confirmation Page of online Application and also for Counseling/Admission. Post card size photograph will be collected from candidates by Centre Superintendent at Centre during AIPMT Examination.
