Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug 06: A seven-member Muaythai team from the Andaman & Nicobar Islands is set to participate in the upcoming South India Inter-Club Muaythai Championship under the guidance of Mr. N. Jagadeka Varma, Head Coach, Andaman & Nicobar Muaythai Team.
The team comprises Akshara R.P., Yedam Samira, T. Aadhi Narayana, P. Charan, Pavan Kumar, Tanzim Ali and Geddam Vikas.
Ahead of the championship, Mr. Ration Rasheed met the athletes and extended his best wishes to the contingent. He encouraged them to perform with confidence and determination and bring laurels to the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
