Sri Vijaya Puram, Apr 02: The Inter school Football Championship for U -17 Boys & Girls was organised at 4 different venues at Rangat Education Zone. The Grand Finale of the Tournament was held today at Mini Stadium Rangat.
In the Girls Final Match, DEO Rangat Dr Sushim Kumar Biswas was the Chief Guest. In his Blessings Address Dr Sushim Congratulated the finalist’s & appreciated the efforts of Coaches & young budding talents.
In the Grand Finale of Boy’s U-17 BDO Rangat Shri Pradeep Kumar Singh was the Chief Guest appreciated the performance of young talents congratulated the efforts of Education Department for giving such platform & opportunity to the school children to showcase their talents and also Awarded the Trophies to the Winner’s & Runner’s up Teams.
In the Girls Final Match GSSS Oralkatcha Defeated GSSS Long Island in the Tie Breaker by 3 Goals to Nil
In the Boys Final GSSS Oralkatcha defeated GSSS Long Island by 1 Goal to Nil
Earlier Asst Director, Sports, Shri V. Ranjith Kumar welcome the Chief Guest & other Dignitaries & briefed about the importance of the tournament & informed that the Winner School will represent Rangat Zone in the State level Tournament to be held at SVP in the 3rd week of April 2026.
