Sri Vijaya Puram, Jan 15: Shree Shree Harinam Seva Sangha has announced Annual Akhand Mahanam Sankirtan Yagna (24 Prahar) at the premises of Shree Shree Radha Govinda Mandir, Netaji Nagar (Joda Canal), Sri Vijaya Puram, South Andaman. The five-day religious programme will be held from 16th January to 20th January 2026, and devotees from all sections of society have been invited to participate.
As per the programme schedule, the inaugural day on 16th January (Friday) will begin with Ganga Baran at 10.00 am, followed by Atithi Appayan at 4.30 pm, Srimad Bhagabat Path at 6.00 pm, and Subho Adhibash at 8.00 pm.
The Akhand Mahanam Sankirtan Yagna (24 Prahar) will formally commence at 5.00 am on 17th January (Saturday) and will continue uninterrupted till 20th January (Tuesday). The concluding day will feature Nagar Kirtan at 7.30 am, Dadhi Mangal at 9.00 am, Bhog Arati at 12 noon, followed by Mahabhog Prashad distribution at 1.00 pm. Padabali Kirtan will be held at 3.00 pm, and the programme will conclude with Sandhya Arati at 6.00 pm.
The organisers have stated that the religious event is being conducted for spiritual upliftment and communal harmony. Devotees have been requested to attend the programme in large numbers and seek the blessings of Lord Sri Krishna and Radha Rani
